We are a sport-passionate and service-centric team. As part of the border West Lakes entertainment precinct with significant team growth, there are ample opportunities for professional upskilling, development, and broader business opportunities for the team. Reporting to the Venue Manager and based at West Lakes, this is a unique opportunity and open to energetic, service-oriented, Front of House champions. You don't need to be a golf expert, however, if you are eager to work in hospitality, we would love to hear from you. Multiple positions are available.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include: Supporting the operations venue and bringing to life the brand to West Lakes. Working both front and back of the house. Delivering a best-in-class customer experience. Event and function support. Creating an exciting experience that brings people back again and again

We are looking for someone with Food and beverage service experience is desirable. Availability to work weekends and public holidays as required. Customer service champion and excellent interpersonal skills. Experience with POS. An interest in golf/sport Demonstrated empathy for entertainment experiences.

Qualifications: DHS Working with Children Check. Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate for over 18 applicants is desirable. Able to adapt and learn quickly. Attention to detail.
