Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook high-quality meals, dishes, or pastries according to menu specifications. Ensure food and pastry presentation aligns with company standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen or pastry preparation area. Manage food or ingredient inventory and ensure timely stock replenishment. Collaborate with kitchen and pastry staff to deliver exceptional service.
Skills and Experience Required: Diploma of Hospitality or equivalent qualification. Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a Chef or Pastrycook role. Strong knowledge of food and pastry preparation, safety, and hygiene practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Creativity and attention to detail in food and pastry presentation. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
