The role: Prospect and identify potential new clients and tenants. Work with the property manager team to tailor proposals as per clients needs. Offer advice for property manager services. Preparation of marketing and advertising activities related to the properties. Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities.

Must have: Previous experience in property management and/or sales in the Real Estate Industry. A professional and personable presentation. Sound understanding of legislation requirements regarding renting a property in WA.
