Office Manager, Mainland Motors. Location Surrey, BC. Salary 34.75 hourly / 32 hours per week. Full time. Day, Weekend, Overtime. Starts as soon as possible. Languages English. Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Experience 2 years to less than 3 years. Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures. Delegate work to office support staff. Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met. Carry out administrative activities of the establishment. Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services. Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls. Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence. Oversee andcoordinatee office administrative procedures. Supervision. 3-4 people.
