Technician, Region: Riyadh. We are seeking a skilled and experienced maintenance technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a valid driving license and expertise in various maintenance tasks, including electrical work, painting, plumbing, and general repair/installation tasks.

Responsibilities: Perform routine and preventive maintenance on buildings and facilities. Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and equipment. Manage plumbing tasks, including installation and repair of water fixtures and shower tools. Handle painting, patchwork, and other surface restoration tasks. Maintain and repair HVAC systems and other technical equipment. Respond to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently. Drive to different locations as required for maintenance work.

Requirements: Valid driving license. Proven experience in maintenance work (minimum 4 preferred). Expertise in electrical, plumbing, painting, and general repair tasks. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Physical ability to lift, climb, and perform hands-on work.

Preferred: Certification in electrical work or plumbing. Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations. Salary: competitive and based on experience.
