Retail Store Supervisor, Pioneer on the Run. Location: Peterborough, ON. Salary: 19.33 to 20.00 hourly (to be negotiated) / 40 hours per week. Full time. Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Overtime, On Call, Flexible Hours, To be determined, Early Morning, Morning. Starts as soon as possible. Languages English. Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience. Experience 1 year to less than 2 years. Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities: Supervise staff (apprentices, stage hands, design team, etc.). Assign sales workers to duties. Hire and train or arrange for training of staff. Order merchandise. Authorise the return of merchandise. Establish work schedules. Sell merchandise. Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages. Organise and maintain inventory. Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers. Manage cash.
