Key Responsibilities: Sales Growth: Drive growth in the high-end jewellery segment, achieving sales targets and KPIs through strategic client engagement and initiatives. VIP Client Management: Strengthen relationships with top VIP clients by offering personalised services and exclusive experiences. Client Database Development: Proactively recruit, retain, and manage a high-value customer database, focusing on tailored strategies for key clients.
Client Acquisition: Identify and engage new high-end clients through events, partnerships, and networking opportunities.
Event Planning: Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to plan and execute events and programs that attract and engage clients.
Retail Team Collaboration: Work closely with retail teams to implement clienteling practices, providing expert guidance to enhance client relationships.
Personalised Luxury Experiences: Design and deliver bespoke experiences for VIP clients, including exclusive trips and tailored gifting.
Reporting and Strategy: Provide reports on client outreach and sales and contribute to annual CRM planning and customer experience strategies.
About You:
Education: GIA or similar certification required, with relevant jewellery-related certificates or associate degrees from vocational schools or specialised institutions.
Experience: Retail or business development experience in luxury industries, with a strong understanding of the Australian market and client demographics.
Client Portfolio: Established and robust client portfolio, particularly with high-value clients.
Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of gemstones, jewellery, timepieces, and current industry trends.
VVIP Client Experience: Proven experience in managing and dealing with VVIP clientele.
