We are seeking a highly organised, detail-orientated, and proactive office manager to oversee the daily operations for one of our clients based in Perth. As the Admin Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that our office runs smoothly, providing administrative support to the team, and helping create a positive work environment.
Key responsibilities: oversee day-to-day office operations. Manage front desk and visitor inquiries. Organise events and team activities. Support staff and maintain a positive office culture. Manage office budgets and expenses.
What we’re looking for: 3–7 years in office management. Strong organisational and communication skills. Budget management experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
