Dental Receptionist, Assistant (Hybrid Role), Perio Focus. Wembley, Perth WA. Dental (Healthcare & Medical). Part time. $30 – $38 per hour.

Then keep reading as we are looking we are looking for a dual-role Dental Assistant/Receptionist who is eager to grow with our team and serve our patients with dedication and professionalism. Our specialist practice is focused on creating a positive and supportive environment for both our staff and our patients.

The dental receptionist/assistant (hybrid role or dual role) is for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The hours are 830 to 530pm. You will need your own transport to travel between Wembley and Kalamunda. Start Date is ASAP.

This valuable team member's duties will include: Opening and Closing the practice. Chair side dental assisting. Cleaning and sterilisation duties along with highest levels of cross infection control. Direct interaction with patients—providing a warm welcome, managing appointments, and answering calls with a friendly tone. Handle administrative duties, including patient records management and billing.

Ideal Candidate: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proven experience in dental assisting and/or reception duties. A commitment to reliability and a professional work ethic. Desire to be part of a team long-term (more than 12 months). High standard of presentation. Punctuality. Positive attitude towards your work. Strong time management and organisational skills.
