Experienced Indian Chef, Full-Time Position, Mastani Bar. Brisbane QLD. Chefs/Cooks (Hospitality & Tourism). Full time. $75,000 – $95,000 per year. We are seeking a talented and passionate Indian Chef to join our vibrant team at Restaurant located in the heart of Brisbane.

Our restaurant is renowned for delivering authentic Indian cuisine with a modern twist. Our restaurant offers a warm atmosphere where customers experience the true taste of India, from North Indian delicacies to fast food and Inso-Chinese fusion dishes.

Position: Full-Time Indian Chef/Manager

Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience as a chef in an Indian kitchen. Extensive knowledge of authentic Indian dishes, including North Indian cuisine, fast food, and Inso-Chinese dishes. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality and consistency in food preparation. Passion for Indian traditions and creativity to innovate with new dishes. Must be punctual and available for a full-time position with a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
