FRANK FOOD & WINE in the heart of Maleny, Sunshine Coast hinterland. Espresso, brunch, baked goods, bistro food and natural wines. We pride ourselves on using high-quality ingredients—Campos Coffee, free-range meats and eggs, high-quality fruit and vegetables, local butchers—all to create beautiful food and coffee we won't compromise on.

We have positions available for a strong, skilled barista and front-of-house all-rounder with leadership potential.

Duties and requirements include: Confidence and communication skills are at the top of our list. Open and close shifts. Generally 6:30am to 3:30pm. Weekend availability is required, at least one day. Skilled barista, grind-changing and latte art, high volume. Juices and smoothie creation. Cake handling and general FOH food plating. RSA required. Money handling.

All rounder duties, ie: clearing tables, dishes, running. Good multitasking and adapting to changing circumstances during a shift. We are ready for an immediate start. Your own transport. Your own housing. We're a happy, co-operative team; personal issues and politics stay at the door. We always have each others backs with both the kitchen and front of house looking out for each other.
