At our Collins Street boutique, Janai is the official destination for Engagement Rings in Melbourne. As a leader in Diamonds and Fine Custom Jewellery, our team offers the finest craftsmanship and exceptional service to bring our clients designs to life.

We are looking for a full-time Sales Consultant to join our talented team. This exciting new position is a permanent role with a flexible 4-5 days per week roster (Including Saturdays).

The Role: Engaging with our clients to provide a truly personalised experience. Learning about the exciting world of Fine Jewellery, Diamonds & Gemstones. Developing your sales knowledge and product expertise. Build and maintain client relationships.

About you: Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Able to work collaboratively in a team environment. Must be available to work Saturdays.
