This is a well-funded project, so you’ll have the chance to extend your contract long term, or potentially turn permanent, if that’s something that interests you. You’ll have security and stability—and plenty of work to get stuck into.

You’ll work right across the business, so you’ll get to see how the different domains operate. You’ll build strong relationships with the stakeholders across those domains, so you’ll be well connected and get the chance to build your networks.

This project has been attempted before, so you’ll need to be resilient, as there could be grumblings and pushbacks from the business. You’ll have a mature attitude with the ability to hit the ground running and build strong relationships in a matrix-managed project team.

With around 5–10 years (or more) experience as a Business Analyst, you’ll be very confident in requirements development, facilitating workshops with stakeholders and creating a “to-be” mindset. We want you to think outside the box and come up with innovative solutions.
