SALARY: Excellent salary package of approx. $120,000 + super.

ABOUT THE COMPANY: We have been exclusively engaged by a leading design and manufacturing company to recruit for a high-performing senior accountant. The company is forecasted to experience exponential growth in the next financial year and the mandate is to be the key finance business partner to the managing directors of the business.

ABOUT THE ROLE: Reporting to the managing directors of the business, this is truly a business partnering role to deliver major strategic objectives over the next 3-5 years. Working closely with the senior leaders of the organisation, you will be instrumental in shaping the finance function and the business trajectory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The key responsibilities in the role include: Ownership of month-end closure procedures. Management of monthly business Reporting. Preparation of budget and variance analysis. Working capital management and monthly cashflow forecast. Inventory management: monitor stock, stocktake.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: CA or CPA Qualified. Worked in a small to medium-sized manufacturing organization. Strong inventory accounting knowledge or have worked in the manufacturing industry. Experience using MYOB Acumatica will be advantageous. Confidently engaging in discussion with key stakeholders with ability to build effective working relationships.
