Pre-Delivery Accessory Fitter Technician, Noris MOTOR GROUP. Redcliffe, Brisbane QLD. Automotive Trades (Trades and Services). Full time. Competitive Base + Efficiency Bonus + 11.5% Super. Due to growth in our business, we are seeking a Pre-Delivery Accessory Fitter / Technician to join our Norris Motor Group Pre-Delivery team based in Redcliffe, Accessory fitting experience will be required, and mechanical or detailing experience and ability would be seen favourably (Not essential).

Norris Motor Group has been in operation for the last 35 years and today is one of Queensland's Largest privately owned and operated Motor Dealer groups.

You will receive onsite training for Pre-delivery, Car Care products and detailing, along with factory support for developing models for Accessory fitting. With a high level of attention to detail, the successful candidate will be working on Brand new Mitsubishi, Suzuki and MG’s.

This is a permanent, full-time position. Working days are Monday to Friday, with an early finish on Friday’s.

The Role: You will be trained as a specialist in full preparation of new vehicles for delivery, including: Conducting Pre-delivery inspections and installing accessories (like tow bars, snorkels, bull bars, and dash cams).

Your Attributes: Be confident and competent in your mechanical skills with proven ability. Passion for cars and or 4wd’s and an interest in Automotive/Mechanics will be highly regarded. Have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Hold a current Qld manual Drivers licence. Strong attention to detail and excellent quality work are our priority. Basic to intermediate computer literacy; Sound computer skills. A professional and friendly approach coupled with a positive and proactive attitude to problem solving.
