Job Description
Permanent, Full-Time, Overtime, Evenings, Weekends.
$18.00 per hour.
St. John’s, Newfoundland
Completion of Carpentry course with a minimum of three years’ experience or a combination of four years of work experience in the trade.
General maintenance on residential and commercial properties;
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements;
Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of woods, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials.
Fit and install trim items such as doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware.
Requires a police code of conduct
Work site height environment consists of roof repair and window replacement.
