We attract a wide variety of work ranging from custom motorhome fit-outs and conversions to extensive or minor caravan repairs.
We are looking for an administration assistant to support our small team and growing business. The position will initially start on a casual basis with the opportunity to become full-time for the right candidate.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Answering & directing incoming phone calls. Actioning incoming emails. Ability to liaise with suppliers, consultants and customers in a professional manner. Create customer invoices and quotes. Basic bookkeeping duties. Ad hoc duties as required. General maintenance and cleanliness of office and staff facilities.
ABOUT YOU: Previous experience in customer service or administration is preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organisational and time management skills. High levels of attention to detail. Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy. Technologically advanced, enjoys using technology as a tool, and is willing to integrate new working methods. Knowledge of the Automotive, RV industry, or a passion for caravanning is a plus!
BENEFITS: Above award wages. Monday to Friday position, with an early finish on Friday. No weekend work. Paid weekly.
