This is an incredible opportunity for a Site Manager to join one of the greatest groups of people in the Qld Construction industry. They include high-rise residential and commercial buildings all above $80m.

This opportunity for a site manager will see you take the lead on their brand new $100m+ high-rise residential construction project in Maroochydore and report directly to the project manager. You will have the support of Foremen and Project Engineers on site. The project is a waterfront high-rise residential project and is a genuine thing of beauty.

It is preferential that you have experience working in the mid- or upper-tier construction environment and have the ability to to drive commercial outcomes.

As a site manager, you will have: ideally a trade background as well as a QBCC supervisor license. Demonstrated experience working as a site manager for a mid-tier or upper-tier construction company.

D&C Project experience: Ability to manage a team of supervisors. Commercially astute. Tendering experience (for future projects). This builder will offer you the opportunity to join a well-established team. You will be rewarded with above-industry standard salary and a stable career.
