Retail Butcher, Ustaad G76 Surrey Central. Location: 10009 Whalley Blvd., Surrey, BC. Salary: 35.00 hourly/40 hours per week. Full time. Day, Evening, Morning. Starts as soon as possible. Languages English. Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Experience 2 years to less than 3 years. Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities: Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting. Cut carcasses, sides and quarters. Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers. Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat. Wrap and package prepared meats. Remove bones from meat. Cut poultry into parts. Clean and prepare fish and shellfish. Slice cooked meats. Shape, lace and tie roasts, other meats, poultry and seafood.
