About Us: Set amongst our vegetable gardens on the grounds of the former Coogee Hotel, our culinary philosophy revolves around the experience of fresh, garden-to-plate dining.

We bake, ferment, pickle and preserve, we celebrate local and choose responsibly, and we love food, wine and hospitality!

The Role: We're looking for experienced hospitality professionals who are eager to grow, learn, and become an essential part of our restaurant family.

About you: A genuine love for food, wine and hospitality. A friendly, welcoming approach to customer service. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a restaurant environment. Must be available evenings and weekends; immediate start available. Full-time hours are available for the right candidate.
