Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualifications in Surveying, Architecture, or Engineering. Minimum 2 years of surveying experience (local or international). Australian work rights required (visa or residency). Proficiency in English with strong communication and time management skills. Experience with Leica Viva/Captivate Robotic Total Stations. Knowledge of CivilCAD or AutoCAD software preferred. Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Your Role: Conduct field surveys, including building set-outs, boundary peg-outs, and contour surveys

Collaborate with architects and engineers to fulfill cadastral and surveying needs, offering insights where needed.

Review, collect, and analyze survey data, performing calculations with AutoCAD, CivilCAD, or Magnet Office. Prepare Deposited Plans for residential subdivisions and Strata/Community Title Plans for unit developments.
