The Role: Reporting to the QLD Project Director, you will be responsible for a key, large-scale, prime residential land project in its infancy. This is a key acquisition for the team and will be a defining project for the business.

You will be responsible for running the full lifecycle of projects in a growing business where DM's are not siloed and have exposure from acquisition through planning, approvals, delivery and marketing/sales. This role will also focus on acquisitions of Residential Land projects. Candidates with experience across both delivery & acquisitions will be highly regarded.

You, the successful candidate in this role, will have: Minimum 5 years Residential land development experience. Experience delivering minimum 200+ lot residential land subdivision projects. Ideally some acquisitions & detailed feasibility experience. Development Managers or Senior Development. Managers will be considered.

Built-form experience in retail and commercial amenities will be highly regarded.
