About the Opportunity: As the People Systems & Insights Manager, you will be at the forefront of enhancing and managing our core people systems, ensuring they are integrated, user-friendly, and aligned with our business objectives. You will also play a critical role in developing a reporting strategy that delivers meaningful, actionable insights to support decision-making at all levels of the organization.
Your strong leadership skills will be essential as you manage a close-knit team of system and data specialists, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Collaboration will be key, as you work closely with stakeholders across HR, IT, and business leaders to ensure our systems and reporting processes are seamless, efficient, and compliant with governance frameworks.
What You Bring: As an accomplished People Systems and Insights Manager, you bring strong expertise in supporting HR and business systems across various platforms, ensuring integration, efficiency, and functionality across tools such as SAP, Success Factors, Workday, or similar systems. You have a knack for making complex systems user-friendly for stakeholders across the organization, helping to optimize system usability and performance.
While potentially new to leadership, you possess a genuine enthusiasm for team development and foster growth within your team. You have a proactive approach to managing cross-functional projects that enhance system processes and data accessibility. Backed by experience in technical support, process improvement, and user training, along with a relevant qualification in fields such as Business, Information Systems, or Human Resources, you’re well-placed to lead strategic system support and improvement initiatives that align with the organization’s goals.
