Building Maintenance Worker, OPDI, Location 6735 12th Line, Alliston, ON. Salary: 21.63 hourly / 40 hours per week. Full time. Day. Starts as soon as possible. Languages English. Education No degree, certificate or diploma. Experience 2 years to less than 3 years. Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Work setting. Rural area.

Responsibilities: Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespeople for major repairs. Advertise. Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment. Perform safety and security checks. Show apartments and offices to prospective tenants. Supervise other workers. Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies. Perform other routine maintenance jobs, such as painting and drywall repair. Work with minimal supervision. Experience and specialization. Equipment. Power tools.
