Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist Role: Lifestyle Healthcare is looking for a Receptionist. Situated in Armadale, this busy clinic has provided high-quality, holistic healthcare for over 30 years to the community. The successful applicant need not have past experience, although previous customer service, reception, managing inventory or working within the health and wellness industry will be looked upon favourably, specifically using the software Visitbase and billing systems including HICAPS and EFTPOS. Friendliness, a can-do attitude, great communication, flexibility with your schedule, team work, attention to detail and punctuality are vital to success in this role, especially when working under pressure. Enjoying the work day and completing tasks in a timely manner with a smile is what we strive for. The successful applicant will have autonomy in the role, which comes with a high level of responsibility and problem-solving skills.
This is a casual position with approximately 20 hours per week. Hours may increase after probation period. This role is ideal for someone looking for longer-term employment. Being flexible with your weekly roster is essential for this role. Full training will be provided onsite with ongoing support from the friendly Lifestyle Healthcare Team.
