This Developer / Builder has one of the most desirable opportunities for a Contracts Administrator to join a business and really set themself up for the next 10-15 years on the GC.
Very rarely can you say that there are the next decade worth of sites secured for developments but here you can. They will range in (current market prices) project from $100m to $300m and be mostly high-end, high-rise residential projects.
This current opportunity is working on their latest Broadbeach beauty, a 40-story, $200-m high-rise residential tower. Here you will work along with a very talented Contracts Manager and have the support of other CA's and Engineers to manage your trade packages.

The role: As a result of their continued success, they are in need of a Contracts Administrator that has experience working in the commercial construction / high rise residential environment.
They use first-class systems and procedures when it comes to procurement and cost management and you will be exposed to the best in the industry. This project is well over $60 million and requires someone with proven Contracts Administrator experience and will suit someone interested in being exposed to beautiful projects and industry leaders.

Your Experience and Qualifications: Must have 5+ years recent experience working for a reputable commercial construction company. Confidence in your abilities to communicate with Senior Management and sub-contractors alike. Have the ability to work both autonomously and as a part of a team. Have a hands-on and proactive approach to your role. Construction Management degree or equivalent.
