About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled IT Operational Specialist with IT Networking experiences and with understandings of AL assisted platforms. Mastering Leap Software is a must. Multilingual is a plus. If you possess the above qualities, we invite you to join our team. This position requires you being multilingual to work with our international clients and overseeing network rollouts, attention to cybersecurity for our firm’s network infrastructure being with legal characteristics. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT project management, supporting marketing skills, network optimization, and technical problem-solving, working with international clients in legal industry and familiar with new development in legal software.

Key Responsibilities: You will handle the dispatch of incoming tickets. Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for third-line user support and resolving ICT incidents, primarily within the domain of identity management on our identity platform, Active Directory, and the M365 platform and ensuring compliance with regulatory and technical standards during daily operations.

On a daily basis, you will work closely with colleagues and ensure maximum availability for end users. You will have to use SQL, R, and Power BI to support your role.

Qualifications: Master's degree in Management Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. You are familiar with leap legal software; familiar to M365 platform (general management, SharePoint, Teams) and Azure Active Directory. Knowledge of Intune Endpoint Management or Microsoft ECM and capable of performing Python, SQL, data analysis. Familiar with industry best practices in cybersecurity and data protection

Other Qualities: Strong communication skills, both within the firm as well as with external clients. Knowledge of WordPress design PHP, MySQL and other web technologies.
