Your Role As the HR Manager, you will: Lead the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and policy development. Foster a positive workplace culture that aligns with our values of compassion, respect, and excellence in care.
Support staff development and retention through innovative HR practices and engagement strategies.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and provide expert advice to managers and staff on HR matters. Manage workforce planning, talent acquisition, and development initiatives to inform and meet our growing organizational needs.
What You’ll Be Doing: Oversee end-to-end recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and industry best practices. Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management and employee relations. Drive employee engagement, training, and development initiatives. Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations. Manage payroll and HR administration.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administrationor a related discipline. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a HR management role. Certification from AHRI (Australian Human Resources Institute) or equivalent is a plus. A passion for working in a service-driven organisation that cares about its community.
