Production Coordinator
Olio Digital Labs Inc. 'Olio' is a new digital agency specializing in web and founded with heavy commercial development experience. We build powerful web sites and exceptional interactive experiences. Olio works daily to code/design/serve B2B systems in web/mobile for client partners including The Home Depot, Staples, Hockey Canada and TSN. Our work is used everyday by thousands of Canadians in many different sectors.
As a production coordinator your main responsibility is the development and management of client communication with production. This includes assisting accounts personnel with the writing of proposals, pitches, writing project technical scope specifications/plans, user manuals, and developing contracts. The role also includes coordinating the collection of project assets such as web site copy, imagery, and media and working to incorporate assets into projects using content management tools.
Desirable Qualities:
    Good communication skills and the ability to simplify complex processes
    Thoroughness and eye for detail
    Good organizational skills
    Thorough understanding of technical writing concepts
    Ability to create content in the form of reusable modules
Qualifications:
    A college diploma or bachelor's degree in communication techniques, journalism or computers.
    2+ years of agency experience preferred
This position is full-time at our new studio in London, Ontario. Salary will be based on your qualifications and experience.
