Building Maintenance Worker, Pineview Plaza Ltd. Location: 3200 10180 101 street Edmonton, AB. Salary: 22.00 hourly / 35 hours per week. Full time. Day, Weekend. Starts as soon as possible. Languages English. Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Experience 2 years to less than 3 years. Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities: Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs. Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse. Empty trash cans and other waste containers. Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings. Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespeople for major repairs. Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment. Perform minor repairs on appliances. Perform safety and security checks. Perform other routine maintenance jobs, such as painting and drywall repair.
