Full time. Attractive salary package. The Group Financial Controller will be an essential part of the senior leadership team, ensuring financial success and growth within the mining sector. The role will be based in West Perth and will require management of the company's financial health, risk management, tax compliance and strategic growth.

Description: Reporting to the CFO and managing a finance team, you will be responsible for: Timely and accurate ASX financial reporting and tax compliance. Develop and implement financial strategies and plans. Manage financial risk, forecast changes, and devise proactive solutions. Coaching and driving performance of the finance team, promoting professional development and success. Engage with senior leadership and stakeholders on financial matters. Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations. Manage budgeting and forecasting processes.

Profile To be successful, you will be a: Qualified Accountant with previous experience in the mining sector. Solid understanding of ASX financial reporting and accounting principles, ideally working in a large growing mining company, and/or previous experience from the Big 4. Experience managing financial risk and forecasting. Strong leadership and team management skills to drive a high-performing finance team. Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders. Previous experience with SAP will be highly regarded.

Job Offer A competitive salary package of circa $200,000 to $220,000 plus superannuation. The opportunity to work in a strategic, C-suite level role.
