Office Administrator. Region: Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth office operations, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. Office Management: Oversee office supplies and inventory, ensuring that necessary materials are available and well organized.

Data Entry: Maintain accurate records and databases, including filing and organizing documents both digitally and physically.

Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, handling inquiries professionally and efficiently.

Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes as required.

Financial Support: Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing, expense tracking, and budget management.

Project Assistance: Support various projects and initiatives as needed, collaborating with different departments to achieve company goals.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).

Experience: 2+ years of experience in office administration or a related role.

Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact professionally with staff and clients. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
