Housekeeping Supervisor. Buoy Hospitality Pty Ltd. Leasingham, Yorke Peninsula and Clare Valley SA. Housekeeping (Hospitality and Tourism). Casual/Vacation. $35 per hour.

Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor who can work independently, undertaking daily cleaning operations while ensuring the utmost quality. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working unsupervised, and is committed to maintaining the unique experience that our guests expect. There is the potential for the right candidate to expand the role quickly, taking on more responsibility within this property and potentially others as we grow.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and perform housekeeping duties, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet high cleanliness and presentation standards. Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and room readiness. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure proper stock levels. Coordinate with the owners to ensure smooth operations and timely room turnovers. Uphold a standard of excellence in guest services by responding promptly to any housekeeping-related requests or issues. Train and guide any casual housekeeping staff when required.

Qualifications and Skills: Previous experience in a housekeeping or supervisory role is essential. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and a commitment to high-quality work.
