Responsibilities: Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs. Empty trash cans and other waste containers. Advertise. Balance rent roll. Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment. Perform safety and security checks. Show apartments and offices to prospective tenants. Supervise other workers. Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens. Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures. Work with minimal supervision. Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Wash windows, walls and ceilings. Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture. Pick up debris and empty trash containers. Handle and report lost and found items. Provide basic information on facilities. Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors. Credentials. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses. Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
