Company: Our client is an established construction company with a very recognisable name in the Queensland construction scene. They've always been associated with job security and opportunity and often see people staying for the majority of their career. They have a history of delivering projects up to and beyond $100 million, and this opportunity is delivering a mixed-use Commercial and Residential high-rise project circa the $100 million mark. This Site Manager opportunity is delivering stage 2 of a $100 million mixed-use residential/commercial project in Brisbane's Inner Suburbs. The project team is well supported with Project and Site Engineers as well as Foremen who are really performing well.

Role: The site manager has the following specific areas of responsibility: Management of trades and subcontractors on site. Coordination of site logistics, material delivery and resource allocation. Implementation of OH&S policies. Ensuring adherence to plans and specifications. Liaison with the team to ensure budget and time constraints are met in line with program. Short and mid term programming.

Person: A stable career history within the construction industry. Structures experience is essential. Jump Form experience is advantageous. Project experience over $50m. Experience with a reputable mid tier or upper tier would be an advantage. The ability to work to and meet deadlines. Well organised, strong work ethic, enthusiastic, motivated, honest, high level of integrity.

Supervisors licence. Here you will be recognised for your performance and you will receive an above-market salary and be supported on site by other foremen, Site/Project engineers, and the Manager.
