Springwood Nissan & GWM are looking for highly skilled Master Technicians and Diagnostic Technicians to showcase their exceptional diagnostic skills coupled with proven experience to lead, teach and mentor a team of Automotive Technicians and Apprentices. This role is crucial in knowledge sharing to ensure we are continuing to build a well-rounded team of mechanical experts.  Located between Brisbane and the Gold Coast just off the M1 at Slacks Creek.

Bring your experience into our business, working both on and off the tools to develop our Technicians to be the best in the business.  This role offers plenty of flexibility and substantial future offerings for career development across the group.

Applicants need to possess the following qualities: Willingness and eagerness to teach and train. Be able to work unsupervised. Produce consistently high-level ‘fix it right first time’ work. High attention to detail and commitment. Exceptional technical and product knowledge. Up-to-date skills in diagnostic and problem-solving ability. Able to make decisions quickly and correctly whilst keeping to a deadline. Studying towards or willing to commit to Master Level Technician training. Current drivers licence.
