Responsibilities: Actively seek out and engage potential clients to promote our services. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Identify customer needs and propose appropriate service solutions. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve monthly targets. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements: Proven work experience as a sales representative or similar role, preferably in the cleaning or air conditioning industry. Demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
