Full time. $31 per hour. Located in Berkeley Vale on the Central Coast, Kimbers Timbers is a family-owned & operated Timber retail & wholesaler.

KIMBERS TIMBERS is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic medium-rigid Rigid Truck Driver to join our team on a full-team basis. As one of our Truck drivers/Yardpersons, you will be responsible for the efficient & safe transportation, delivery & unloading of our Timber and Building products to a variety of locations. This role also includes some yard duties, including fulfilling orders, answering customer enquiries & maintaining the yard area.

The Role: Product transport, loading & restraining, unloading and securing. Use of a truck-mounted crane to unload our products at our customers sites. Maintain records, including Sales Orders & ensure Delivery dockets are verified to the contents of the loads. Forklift Driving. Loading and unloading trucks & customer vehicles. Assisting customers with enquiries & sales. Work under limited supervision either individually or in a team environment.

To be successful, you will have: Medium Rigid Truck Licence (Mandatory). Minimum 3 years driving experience in a similar position. Experience in the use of a vehicle-mounted crane. Forklift Licence (Mandatory). Knowledge of the Timber Industry & products would be an advantage, but is not essential. Great customer service skills and a can-do attitude.
