About the Role: The Company Admin Senior Coordinator at Ashfords plays a crucial role in overseeing administrative operations and providing comprehensive support to various departments within the organisation. This multifaceted position involves a diverse range of responsibilities and tasks, including but not limited to: ATO lodgements and document management (scanning, saving, and retrieving documents). Provide support to clients in relation to contact with the ATO. Maintenance of corporate register. Assist with answering switchboard. Preparation of client correspondence. Provision of general administrative support. Proactive maintenance of client databases to improve data integrity. Providing high-level administrative support to a Principal, Manager and a team of high-performing Accountants.
Working within the energetic Client Service Coordinator group on exciting projects and workflow
The ideal candidate for this role is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills. They should be able to multitask effectively while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Required Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and time management abilities. Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite. Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar administrative role within a public practice firm. Strong Corporate and ATO Liaison experience ESSENTIAL. Experience drafting client communication (emails, letters, etc). Applicants must have sufficient working rights for this role.
