Oracle EBS PPM Consultant Required in Riyadh. Location: Saudi Arabia. Employment Type: Full-time.

As part of our expansion, we are seeking an experienced Oracle PPM Consultant to join our team and drive successful Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) deployments.

Job Description: As an Oracle PPM Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the implementation, customization, and optimization of Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) modules, including Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, Project Resource Management, and grant Accounting. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, design effective solutions, and ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end Oracle PPM module implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and configure solutions for Project Costing, Billing, Contracts, and Resource Management. Provide expertise in Oracle PPM best practices to ensure alignment with client goals and system efficiency. Customize and extend Oracle PPM modules to meet specific business needs. Perform data migration, integration, and reporting for the Oracle PPM modules. Deliver user training and post-implementation support to ensure smooth system adoption. Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues related to Oracle PPM.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience working with Oracle PPM modules within Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud. Proven track record of successful Oracle PPM implementations, including Project Costing, Billing, and Contracts. Strong understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and integration with third-party applications. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

Preferred Skills: Oracle Cloud PPM implementation experience. Oracle Certifications related to PPM or EBS. Experience working in the Middle East, particularly Saudi Arabia.
