A centre manager for over 3's upstairs and available position is the centre manager for under 3's downstars.

Your Role: As the Center Manager at Una Paddington, you will work part-time (preferably 5 days a week). You’ll lead, guide, and mentor the downstairs team for under 3's (X2 Nursery. X2 Toddlers), nurturing environment.

What You Need: Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (Educators can be studying towards the Diploma). Proven experience as a center manager—this is essential. A nurturing, professional attitude. Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to complete during induction)

Blue Card (Paid). Safe Sleeping, Child Protection, and Food Safety certifications (or willingness to complete during induction). Candidate Profile. We are looking for an inspiring leader who can mentor and support our team in creating warm, inclusive environments for children. You are passionate about fostering both play-based learning and intentional teaching moments. You will build strong, collaborative relationships with families, the community, and your fellow educators. The service has two educational leaders, one allocated for under 3's and one for over 3's. You also have a shared 2IC in the role for upstairs and downstairs. These are all off-the-floor roles.
