As the Regional Manager, you will be working from either the Central (Perth) or Darwin head office supporting, inspiring and leading a team of managers. Your ‘can-do’ attitude, experience working with remote communities, and cultural intelligence will make you a perfect fit. If you inspire others, lead by example and foster creativity, we want to hear from you. Travel to our regional and remote services will be required on a regular basis.

Our ideal candidate will have Knowledge and experience working with victims/survivors of family and domestic violence. Social work degree or similar. Prior experience working with Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander people. Ability to travel within remote Western Australia and the Northern Territory for up to one week at a time on a regular basis. Ability to work in consultation with communities form a both-ways approach.
High-level report writing skills. High-level data collection and experience with data systems. High-level customer service skills working with vulnerable people.
