Onsite Clinician, Assure Programs. West Perth, Perth WA. Psychology, Counseling& Social Work (Healthcare & Medical). Part time. We are looking for an engaging, collaborative, and driven onsite clinician to provide onsite EAP and workplace solutions to our customer organisations. This role requires a current drivers license and your own vehicle, the ability to travel to various customer locations, and, on occasion, air travel and overnight stays. You will have regular and active involvement with multilevel key stakeholders, including our internal support teams, Assure Customers, and our affiliate APM Group businesses.
What you’ll bring: Qualifications in Psychology or Social Work. Current AHPRA registration or AASW membership. Broad personal and wellbeing counselling experience. Demonstrated experience in risk assessment, safety planning and suicide prevention. Broad experience providing individual coaching and support for work-related issues. Ability to adhere to scope of practice and clinical governance and deliver client-centric clinical and workplace outcomes. The ability to work collaboratively to identify solutions and opportunities to effect positive proactive and reactive personal and workplace improvements with our customers and clients.
