At Confidently Skin, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional beauty and wellness services in a warm and welcoming environment. Our team is passionate about skincare and dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals through personalized consultations and treatments. We also provide a variety of beauty services, such as waxing, tinting, body massage, and lash lifts, which help provide a variety of treatments during the day.

Position Overview: We are looking for a caring and friendly Beauty Therapist with a focus on skin consultations and treatments. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, able to build rapport quickly with clients, and possess excellent communication skills. As a goal-oriented team player, you will contribute to our mission of providing outstanding service and creating a positive experience for every client. Having the right attitude is essential to us. For the ideal candidate with a passion for skincare, we offer comprehensive training to help you become an invaluable member of our team.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth skin consultations to assess clients’ individual needs and concerns. Recommend and perform tailored facials, peels, skin needling and other skin treatments.

Provide expert advice on skincare routines and product selection. Foster a friendly and supportive atmosphere, ensuring clients feel valued and understood. Build strong relationships with clients, encouraging repeat visits and referrals. Collaborate effectively with team members to create a cohesive and friendly work environment. Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, following health and safety protocols. Stay informed about the latest skincare trends and techniques through ongoing education. Effectively manage a variety of treatments in the day.

Qualifications and Attributes: Diploma of Beauty Therapy. Proven experience in skin consultations and treatments. Strong knowledge of various skin types and conditions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine interest in helping others.

Goal-oriented mindset with a commitment to teamwork. Must be available for full days, 9am–6pm, including Saturdays.
