Position: Ticketing Staff. Location: Dammam. Employment Type: Full-time. Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Responsibilities: Assist clients in booking domestic and international flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel-related services. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering recommendations to enhance the travel experience. Utilize booking systems and software to efficiently manage reservations and confirmations. Stay up-to-date on airline policies, fare rules, and travel regulations to ensure accurate and compliant bookings. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and optimize customer satisfaction.

Requirements: Previous experience in ticketing, travel agency, or related field preferred at least 3 years. Must have good communication in Arabic, English and Hindi. Knowing Bengali will add extra advantage. Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach. Proficiency in using reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must live in Dammam.

Preferable Indian National.
