Responsibilities: Assign projects to subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labour relations and employee relations. Coordinate the activities of the HR department in order to ensure they meet the organization’s goals. Motivate staff. Plan, develop, implement and evaluate human resources policies and programs. Mediate labour disputes and grievances. Co-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs. Oversee the analysis of employee data and information. Oversee development of communication strategies. Oversee the preparation of reports. Advise senior management. Respond to employee questions and complaints. Manage knowledge. Conduct performance reviews. Propose improvements to methods, systems and procedures
Supervision. 1 to 2 people. Experience and specialization. Computer and technology knowledge. Human resources software. MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word.
