About the Role: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of Malaga Markets and the Malaga Malaga Markets cleaning staff. Must be willing to jump in and help cleaning staff as needed. Handling Customer inquiries. Perform and document routine inspections and maintenance activities. Basic office administration, including filing, scanning, printing, and ordering. Greeting tenants and patrons and managing incoming phone calls. $30 to $37 per hour + superannuation depending on experience. Data entry, document preparation, event setup and various other adhoc duties: Successful candidates must work weekends Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, 11.30am to 7:30pm

Qualifications & experience: Management experience preferred. Ability to manage a team. General computer literacy and willingness to learn new programs. Customer Service skills. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks. Knowledge of Microsoft suite programs. Ability to work in a team.
