The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our expanding team, based in Naval Base, WA.  You will be required to work well within a team environment as well as autonomously complete assigned work scopes. This is a full-time permanent position in a fast-paced environment. You will benefit from job diversity as our clients are from a range of sectors. Quite often we are entrusted to manufacture new machinery and equipment components that the client can no longer source—no day is the same.

Your Skills and Qualifications You would be expected to: Read and interpret blueprints, schematics and other documentation. Have the physical endurance to stand at machinery for extended periods of time. Have exceptional problem solving, analytical and mechanical skills. Be willing to assist in apprentice training and supervision as required. Be a confident tradesperson with a good understanding of industry requirements. Have understanding of overall function of lathes, drills and milling equipment. Assist in maintaining the precision equipment.

Essential: Own transport and hold a current C-Class WA driver's license. A Relevant Trade Certificate. White card, EWP, Working at Heights. Pass site health and drug tests.
