ABOUT US: Located on the picturesque Grand Pacific Drive, 500 metres from the Seacliff Bridge, The Imperial at Clifton is a multi-level hospitality venue encompassing a restaurant, all-day-dining, premium take-away offerings and functions/events packages.

TWO OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE: The passionate Head Chef has created forward-thinking and seasonal on-trend menus to cater for all culinary tastes. We now need creative, passionate, hard-working cooks and chefs to deliver these authentic menus and offerings in the following roles:

Full-time Breakfast cook and Full-time Commis Chef.

As pivotal members of the team, you will deliver a menu of fresh, local and modern cuisine for the all-day dining options, including breakfast, lunch and dinner, take-away offerings and a range of exciting food offerings for all various events, celebrations and functions.

Are you ready to work in a fun but fast-paced kitchen and are able to provide consistent quality and presentation? Bring your experience and enthusiasm, and we'll supply the rest.

WHO ARE YOU? Reporting to the Head Chef and working closely with the Kitchen Brigade, you will be able to deliver and bring to the role.

A passion for all things food: cooking, menu’s, produce and delivering food to a high standard; Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen; Be extremely organised, with high attention to detail and compliance related to food safety and hygiene practices;

Able to work independently and also as part of a team; take control and ownership of your section;

Displaying high energy levels and teamwork, our qualified chefs will be able to provide their trade qualification and enjoy working a variety of shifts: morning, lunch and dinner; and

Our cooks will have a willingness to learn and expand their knowledge and skill set whilst enjoying the early morning starts and early finishes.
