Construction Site Superintendent (Senior Level)
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Shift
Salary: $150,000.00 to $250,000.00 Yearly for 40 hours per week, Other Benefits, Medical Benefits, Dental Benefits, Disability Benefits

Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of university
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Occupational Health and Safety Certificate
Experience: 5 years or more
Languages: Speak English, Speak French, Read English, Read French, Write English, Write French
Human Resources Responsibility: 201 - 500
Budgetary Responsibility: $8,000,001 +
Specific Skills: Plan, organize, direct and control daily operations, Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates, Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress, Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements, Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control, Select trade subcontractors and co-ordinate their activities, Oversee analysis of data and information, Plan and manage budgets, Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions, Develop and implement quality control programs, Prepare reports
Additional Skills: Recruit, hire and supervise staff, Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors
